Last saturday marked another first for me. Not a good thing since it was the first time I ever got high. One of my friends finally made some 'm@gic' br0wnies. I've been wanting to try it since my old coworker mentioned the idea a long time ago and he promised he'd let me try one day, but he never did. So I was excited to hear that my friend would make it for us. So we got together on saturday evening, had some dinner while he was making the br0wnies. It smelled really good too. And it actually tasted good. You can't actually taste the 'stuff'. I had 3 pieces just because it was really good br0wnie, I think everybody else had 2. We were kinda dissapointed when we couldn't feel the effect and the guy who made the br0wnie left for home. However, about an hour later, it finally hit us. I was really really dizzy, and we couldn't stop laughing. I think we're actually laughing at stuff that's not even funny. I'm gonna be so embarassed later, especially since we're putting some parts of the night on tape.

But after the psychedelic feeling wore off, some of us started having panic attacks. I don't even know if it's common or not. But one of the guys was getting it pretty bad. He kept mumbling and looking like he's about to cry because he couldn't control his mind. I, on the other hand, just got really sleepy and tired, so I just slept.

I think we decided that the effect wasn't gonna go away for a long time and it was late. So we had one friend who didn't eat the br0wnie to take my panic friend's car to drive us home, because the car owner's obviously couldn't drive.

All in all, I think it was good experience. Now I can say I've done it. I'm glad I'm trying it out now, that I'm older and more mature in my judgment and decision making. I think if I tried it when I was younger, I would've probably gotten sucked in. I'm glad I didn't. And if I were to do it again, I know to do it with close friends who I know will take care of me.

Well, not that sad, but sad nonetheless. My friends just broke up after about 3 years in relationship. Both are my dear friends and it makes me sad that it's not working out. But I wish the best for both of them. I'm afraid it's going to be awkward around them for a while.

As for me... I've decided to trust both my bf and my cousin. She does have a bf, but it's long distance. I think I'm just insecure about my physical appearance. So I made up for it by going out with her to clubs and flirt with guys XDDD No I'm just kidding. But I do go out clubbing with her without my bf and there's usually a guy trying to dance with me. Too bad they're usually little kids, or just plain ugly XDDD <-mean!

So.. Cat, have you started teaching yet? Or is it still all orientation?

I told you guys that my cousin is staying with me right now, right? Well, the truth is, I really don't mind having her around, but I have this struck of envy that she is a very attractive girl. Sometimes it's hard to believe that we share the same bloodline. I know I'm not butt-ugly, but sometimes I wish I was as good looking, or taller, or slimmer, or have bigger boobs and whatnot.
Plus, my bf stays home after I leave for work. And sometimes I have this irrational thought that he might cheat on me with her -_-;; I really gotta get over this. I think I read too much c0smopolitan m@gazine where they have a "confession column" for people to tell their dirty stories. And you wouldn't believe how many of them are about guys who cheat on their gfs with her sister/cousin/best friend.

Am I pathetic?

As for me.. My cousin from @ustin is moving in with me... for the second time. She planned to move in about 2 years ago and for some reason cancelled the plan eventhough she already had her stuff sent here. And for all I knew, I thought she went back to ind0. But I guess not. So, yeah, I'll be picking her up tonight at the airport. Darn.. no more running around naked in the apt XDDDD <-what are you thinking???

I know what you mean. I don't mind being described as "that @sian girl who yells at everybody" XD But some people are overly sensitive about things like that. I mean, when you see a person, race is the first thing that will come to mind because that's the most distinguishable feature of a person. As long as it's not being used to discriminate the person, I think it's perfectly okay to say the race of somebody to describe him/her. I do try to restrain myself from saying a person's race though, because you never know if a person's sensitive about that stuff or not.

Y'know, I'm watching m0nster right now, and T3nm@, the main chara has similar philosophy. Normally, I don't favor charas like that coz they're boring, but I make exception for K3nsh1n XD
Speaking of an1me, I've been watching n@ruto (ran out of episodes), then bl3ach (also ran out of eps), and now m0nster. Right now, I'm totally obsessed with Ruk1a from bl3ach XD Don't get cool female charas like her very often. She doesn't fit main female chara stereotype even a bit (flat-chested and talks like a guy) compared to the other female chara, 0rihime (big huge b00bies). But that's why I love her ^^

Btw, can you guys let me know whe you're done downloading the songs from multiply, or if you don't want to download them? So I can rotate the songs and upload more ^^ I've been buying songs off itun3s and I want to share them. I just ordered some CDs too, so expect more song uploads from me :D

Drunk

I went out with friends last night and got really drunk -_-;;;; I was throwing up in the bar's bathroom! That was my second time throwing up because of alcohol. But otherwise, I have never been THAT drunk in my life. I couldn't even walk! My fiance was just as messed up, but not as bad as I was. I had the same amount of drinks he had, and he's bigger than me. We also didn't have lunch and dinner, so it was a given that we were gonna get messed up. Drinking with an empty stomach is never a good idea. But at that time, nothing else was open, so I had to eat peanut butter cookies from a nearby liquor store.

It's funny how a friend of mine helped me last night, because I was helping her last time SHE was drunk and couldn't walk properly XD It's like we're taking turns getting drunk or something.

Now I just have a hangover... and I still have to do laundry....

Such as... a new laptop!!!! :D Yep! I just got mine today. So so happy... broke, but happy XD I still can't get the LA established though. At times like this I wish I was a computer nerd XP

I hate interviews >_< Even if it's a group interview. At least you had fun. I'm really hoping you'll get the job you want. It's horrible to work at a job you hate.

Never heard of Y0sh1d@ br0th3rs... I've been listening to more jpns music lately, but doesn't necessarily mean I follow the trend XP I even bought a few songs from itun3s j@pan. But anyway, that's pretty cool. I've never been in close proximity with a famous person in my life. Maybe I should go g00gle them...
